Jeff Husby

Jeff Husby

Owner, GM

Jeff Husby has helped shape a viable water sports community in Central Florida since first launching his career in 1993 at Southeast Correct Craft. As its star salesman, he was totally immersed in the water sports culture.

In 2008, Jeff took a leap of faith to start Regal & Nautique of Orlando with partners Marc Hooker and Bob Secrist. Under his capable leadership, RNO has emerged as a world class organization, earning impressive accolades.

Most recently, RNO was named the #1 ranked dealer in North America in the Boating Industry Top 100. It consistently wins top global brand recognition for sales and service, coupled with a 2x designation as the nation’s #1 Best in Class Service Department named by Boating Industry magazine. In 2019, RNO won Dealership of the Year by the Water Sports Industry Association. For four consecutive years, it has been counted among the Top 10 Great Dealerships to Work for in North America by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas. RNO is distinguished as the only dealership in Florida to earn the National Marine Manufacturers of America CSI Award in both sales and service for Regal and Nautique.

Jeff was also feted as a finalist in the Boating Industry BOLD MOVES roster which spotlights top marine industry leaders making a significant impact. He was also named among Orlando’s “Top Tier Professionals” and named one of Central Florida’s Men and Women of the Year in 2022 by Orlando Style Magazine .

And while some might drop anchor to bask in the wave of success, Jeff doesn’t rest at idle. He’s cruising forward in major expansion mode including the construction of a state-of-the-art Nautique showroom in downtown Orlando, while also serving as president of the local marine trade association and juggling duties as President/ CEO for WaterSports Central, a six-location dealership group in Georgia and South Carolina.

Theressa “T” LaRose

Accounting Manager

With 23+ years in the boating biz, “T” is RNO’s most senior employee, having joined the organization at the very outset in 2008.

“T” runs the ship and keeps the place humming like a well-oiled machine. As the senior accountant and assistant manager, she knows the ins and outs and is the go-to source on all things finance, HR and daily operations.

“T” has worked with RNO founder Jeff Husby for 26+ years and loves the camaraderie and the family feeling that is part of the dealership’s unique culture.

“T” and her husband are active boaters who enjoy cruising on the Indian and St. John rivers. She also loves taking her fur baby to area lakes and dog parks, traveling and cooking.

Pete Crimmins

Pete Crimmins

Assistant GM / Operations Manager

Pete Crimmins brings 33+ years of rock-solid marine industry experience to RNO, having spent 24 years previously on the manufacturing front with Correct Craft and four years at Orlando’s original Nautique dealership. He joined RNO in 2017 and serves as the operations and assistant GM, with key responsibilities to liaison between service and sales while overseeing the service department, tracking major unit inventory and supporting overall dealership initiatives.

Pete, who loves the family-friendly atmosphere at RNO, is all about ensuring the dealership focuses on providing top notch customer service throughout the organization.

He and his wife Mary just celebrated their 40th anniversary. They have two adult sons, one of whom is a Naval Academy grad and commissioned lieutenant commander in the Navy, and another who is a CPA. Pete and Mary love to travel and hanging out with their two American foxhounds, Buck and Bailey.

Meet Paola Latorre, our Marketing Director extraordinaire!

With a strong background in Project Management, Advertising & Marketing Strategy, Corporate Communications, Photography, and Social Media Management, Paola is a multifaceted professional who brings a creative touch and a stylistic eye for design to the table.

Beginning her career as a graphic designer, she left an indelible mark on the hospitality industry before transitioning seamlessly into the marine sector. Fluent in three languages—English, Spanish, and Portuguese—Paola's diverse background is a testament to her expertise and adaptability in various professional landscapes.

Jason Webster

Jason Webster

Sales Lead


Jason Webster is the sales lead at RNO, bringing 21 years of experience to his role as a professional sales consultant. Besides helping customers find their dream machine, Jason assists in the ordering of boats and trailers, assesses the value of trade-ins, maintains the department’s scheduling and is actively engaged in supporting RNO’s special events. He also recruits, trains and helps coach the sales team.

Jason’s outstanding efforts have earned national acclaim, as he’s achieved the #1 Nautique Sales” ranking by Nautique Boats for eight years for the entire southeastern U.S.

A lifelong water sports junkie, he began skiing at the age of five, bought his first Nautique at the age of 15 and went on to ski professionally at Cypress Gardens in the early 80’s. He joined RNO in 2012 and enjoys the laid-back environment and working alongside others “who live the lifestyle we sell and promote.”

Jason’s free time surrounds his family including his wife of 24 years and two adult kids. For fun, you’ll find Jason flying his airplane, hunting, shooting, playing volleyball and no surprise, participating in watersports.


Scott Kreidler

Sales Consultant


Scott Kreidler enjoyed an active, happy childhood, growing up on powerboats and houseboats in Kentucky. He was introduced to wakeboarding at the age of 12 when the family bought its first Nautique. Later, he successfully turned his love for the sport into his life’s career.

Scott brings 10 years of full-time boating industry experience to his role as a professional sales consultant and thoroughly enjoys helping customers find the right boat for their budget, needs and lifestyle. He is responsible for product demos and deliveries and assisting with loan and purchase closings.

Scott says he loves the family friendly dynamic of RNO, coupled with the teamwork and camaraderie. He also is happy for the opportunity to represent and sell products he personally believes in, backed by a dealership who stands behind every customer and every sale.

Off the water, you’ll likely catch Scott wakeboarding or pushing the limits on the wake foil with his 18-year-old son, or land-lubbing it and going for the green on a local golf course.


Alex Brown

Sales Consultant


Alex Brown kick-started his love for watersports as a youngster, boating with family. At the age of 18, he left home and traveled the world, competing for five years as a professional wakeboarder.

Alex took his passion for watersports and competition and launched a career, first owning and operating a pro wakeboard and surf school, and then serving as a sales rep for a retailer in Texas. In 2017, he joined Team RNO as a sales professional and is 100 percent focused on helping customers find their ultimate ride. He especially enjoys helping educate buyers on how to maximize their return on investment while becoming totally comfortable and confident in all aspects of boat operations.

What he enjoys most about RNO is the opportunity to serve customers and to work alongside colleagues who share his desire to be the best at what they do.

Alex is husband to Erin and dad to two kids, all of whom love the water.

Danny Harf

Danny Harf

Sales Consultant, Pro Rider


Danny Harf is a name that is well known and highly respected in the watersports world. Danny is a professional wakeboard and world class athlete who is a 4-time X-Games gold medalist, 3-time Masters champ and 3x winner of Trick of the Year by Wakeboard Magazine. He is also the co-owner with RNO of the award-winning Thigh High Surf + Wake series, a popular grassroots initiative that introduces recreational surfers and wakeboarders to the thrill and fun of friendly competition.

Danny has successfully parlayed his love and passion for the sport into a successful full-time career. He joined RNO in 2019 and is actively engaged in boat sales and marketing including participation and planning of dealership boat shows and special events. He is proud to be a member of a team that shares his strong work ethic and is committed to taking great care of its customers.

Recently, Danny was recognized nationally by Boating Industry Magazine as a winner of the “40 Under 40” competition which honors young professionals making their mark in the boating business.

Danny and his wife Carolyn, daughter Camryn along with Buddy - their beloved yellow lab - love spending family time together on the water. He also loves to surf and play golf.



Mary Jane Presutti

Warranty Clerk

Mary Jane, better known as “MJ,” has worked in the boating industry for 23 years, the last 10+ years of which have been at RNO. As the warranty administrator, she does an outstanding job managing the processing and collections for all warranty repairs. MJ cites the family atmosphere as to what she loves most about working with Team RNO.

Prior to joining the dealership, she worked in service and warranty positions; she also spent 12 years in the Marine Corps and the Navy with detachments on an aircraft carrier.

MJ is married with three adult children, 7 grandchildren, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a bird. Her hobbies reflect her fun personality and lifestyle … she enjoys bourbon and cigar tastings, shooting and reloading.


Andrea Marquez

Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator

Andrea is the first warm and friendly voice you hear when calling RNO. As our receptionist, Andrea is committed to supporting all incoming callers and visitors with prompt, professional and helpful service. In addition to this important role, she also assists the accounting department with documentation and filing. Most recently, she has stepped up to help support our in-house marketing department, coordinating and scheduling all the posts for our busy social media platforms. She is a woman with many talents!

When asked what she likes best about working at RNO, she points to the fun and friendly environment, the spirit of teamwork, and hanging out with everyone’s favorite, Safiro (our beloved mascot and chief canine officer).

When Andrea isn’t juggling a busy workload at RNO and helping customers, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, traveling, shopping and attending concerts.



Jason Englett

Service Department Production Manager

Jason oversees RNO’s award-winning tech team and deftly manages the workload. Jason brings more than 21 years of marine experience to RNO, including previous roles with Nautique in boat building, engineering and as the team rider technician, along with technician gigs at two other dealerships. He is certified in Ilmore, Indmar, PCM, Yamaha, as well as with boat brands Regal, Nautique and MasterCraft.

A key player with RNO since 2014, Jason most appreciates the opportunity to “work with like-minded people who are passionate about their jobs.”

For fun, he and his family and dog love spending time anywhere in, on or under the water.


Felix Rosa

Service Technician

Felix Rosa is a highly experienced service technician overseeing diagnosis and repair. He’s worked in the marine industry for 16 years, 12 of which have been at RNO. He has earned prestigious service certifications and distinctions for Volvo Penta, PCM, Indmar, Yamaha, Real, Nautique, Sea Doo, Sea Fox and Crownline.

When asked what he likes best about working at RNO, Felix was quick to respond … “Quality of Work.” We’re grateful for his experience and the quality of work he delivers for our customers.


Andy Spolski

Service Technician

Andy Spolski has worked in the marine industry for 24 years - exclusively in service - and brought his passion for the work to RNO when he came aboard in 2014. He’s earned certification in both Volvo and PCM.

Andy grew up fishing and enjoys spending time on the water when he’s away from work. He’s married and has a pup.


Troy Ogburn

Service Technician

Troy Ogburn has earned certification from Indmar, Ilmore and PCM, along with boat brands including Nautique, Skiers Choice and MasterCraft. He joined Team RNO in 2019 and has served 10+ years in the boating industry. He’s also a licensed boat captain.

Troy loves being part of the RNO family and working with such an awesome team. He’s an avid angler and wakeboarder who loves spending time with his silver lab.


Shaun Frields

Service Technician

Shaun Frields is a technician in the RNO Service Department. He joined the team in 2022 and brings his passion for boating to his work.

An outdoor enthusiast, he lives on the water and enjoys boating with family and friends, especially with his son Chase, and their beloved boxer, Duke.

Besides using his finely honed skill set to work on and service boats, Shaun is also an admitted "DIY" enthusiast who loves to tackle all sorts of personal projects in his free time.

Jose J. Davila

Jose J. Davila

Service Technician

Jose J. Davila is a marine service technician at Regal & Nautique of Orlando responsible for troubleshooting and servicing customer boats.

A certified marine technician and graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute, Jose has previously worked in the areas of manufacturing assembly, engine setter, customer service. He’s an active boater, former personal watercraft owner and currently enjoys running his own center console. Water sports, jet skiing and fishing rank top in his list of hobbies, although he also enjoys custom cars, playing pool, bowling, along with karaoke and dancing. What a fun guy!

In terms of what he enjoys most about working with Team RNO, Jose says, "Everybody is easy going and we share the same passion and love for boats and watersports."

Jose is a family man who loves spending time with his wife, kids and pup.


Keith Brennan

Service Writer

Keith Brennan is a highly experienced marine industry veteran with 35 years in the boating biz right here in Central Florida. He launched his early career as a lot attendant supporting the sales team, then worked his way up the career ladder, working in both parts and service. He joined RNO in 2014 as a service writer, working directly with customers to coordinate all their service work needs. Keith is the friendly face at the parts counter and is always looking to assist customers find what they need to enhance their time on the water.

A Florida native, Keith has been boating and skiing all his life. He loves spending time outdoors boating and fishing, camping and riding his motorcycle.

He and his girlfriend Lori are the proud parents of a pet parrot named Buddy.


Aaron Loerzel

Service Technician

Aaron’s love for boating began as a youngster growing up on the beautiful lakes of Minnesota. That love for fishing and the great outdoors led to a career path in the boating industry.

Aaron is a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute (MMI) and is now proud to call Central Florida home.



Shawn Shiever

Dockside Service Technician

Shawn Shiever is a rockstar when it comes to marine service. With a 27-year well established industry career prior to joining RNO in 2020, he’s earned a reputation for being among the best of the best in the niche he serves. Shawn is certified by Indmar, PCM, and Volvo on the engine front, and Nautique, Centurion, MasterCraft and Malibu on the boat side. He was one of a handful of top technicians nationwide recognized by the American Boat & Yacht Council in its inaugural 2022 National Service Tech Week celebration.

Shawn joined RNO because of the dealership’s growth and great reputation, its focus on delivering exceptional customer service, plus the brands and products it represents.

Shawn is married with two boys. When he’s not taking care of customers’ boats, he’s likely enjoying time on the water himself … water skiing, wake surfing, fishing or surfing.

Will Keene

Will Keene

Dockside Service Technician

Will Keene focuses his abundant energy and attention on RNO’s dockside customers. He’s been working full-time in the marine industry for six years and joined RNO in 2017. Will has earned certification from the Marine Mechanics Institute, Yamaha, Volvo, PCM and Nautique.

An active outdoor enthusiast, he loves fishing, wakeboarding, surfing – anything on the water. He also enjoys a round of golf, bowling and lacrosse.

Will and his wife Alison are enjoying being new parents of baby boy Paxton, along with other family members Deuce and Heineken, their rescue dogs.


Johana Calvert

Dockside Service Coordinator

Johana Calvert oversees and manages the coordination of all dockside appointments, billing and collections. With a previous career in account management, she joined the organization in 2020 and has done an excellent job of organizing, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of turnkey service for our dockside customers.

Johana says she most enjoys the team environment and working alongside fellow professionals who share her commitment to customer excellence.

When she’s not on the job, she enjoys boating with “her boo,” traveling, cooking and shopping.



Stephen Tschida

Parts Manager

Stephen has worked in the marine industry nine years and joined RNO in 2017. He’s responsible for keeping the service department stocked with parts and assisting customers with their needs. Previous industry roles included stints in sales and marketing.

Stephen was raised on the water and grew up loving and participating in watersports. He and his wife have three kids, so when he’s not at work, you’ll find him enjoying family time and staying busy.


Robert Hanna

Parts Associate

Prior to joining RNO, Robert spent 5+ years in the boating industry and has earned his NMEA basic certification.

He grew up on the water boating and previously owned an 18’ fishing boat in the Keys. When he’s not working or boating, you can find Robert enjoying any number of dirt sports along with golf, video games, football and soccer.



Steve Sutton

Transportation / Lot Manager

Steve Sutton is a very busy and greatly appreciated guy at RNO who is always orchestrating boat movement throughout the entire dealership.

Steve has worked in the boating industry for 13 years with a previous stint as a boat detailer. For the past 11 years, he’s been an active member of Team RNO. He enjoys “the great family vibes” here and says he “takes pride in the awesome brands we sell and service.”

Steve grew up on the water with a bass boat that he miraculously morphed into a wakeboarding machine. He loves to get away every chance he can to fish and surf.

Dylan Holaday

Dylan Holaday


Dylan Holaday is a lot porter, tasked with the responsibility of supporting Transportation Manager Steve Sutton in the busy orchestration of boat movement. Dylan is pleased to launch his career in the marine industry at RNO and looks forward to matching his passion for boating with a fulfilling new role as he learns the business side of boating. An avid boater since childhood, Dylan loves being on the water and enjoys wakeboarding and water skiing.

Bryant Mize

Bryant Mize

Wake United Operations Manager

Bryant Mize oversees the day-to-day operations at the new Wake United Pro Shop within the Nautique Sales Center, managing sales and inventory. An Orlando native, Bryant's passion for wakeboarding began at 8 years old on Lake Conway, evolving into wake surfing in 2017.

In his leisure, Bryant enjoys brewery hopping with his girlfriend Jenna and their rescue pit bull Barley, or unwinding with their rescue cat Kitty. If you're in search of great craft beer recommendations or want to talk all things beer, Bryant is your go-to guy.
